We have been on a little bit of a discovery bottle kick in our house. My almost 4 and 1 year old have really been liking them and I love how focused and attentive they are with them. I thought it would be fun to come up with a list of 52 discovery bottles that we could do each week for year. They are super easy to put together and lots of fun!

52 weeks of discovery bottle ideas for kids, 1 sensory bottle per week for a year. Fun, hands-on learning for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.

You may have seen discovery bottles referenced as sensory bottles before. Both names can be interchangeable in my opinion. I prefer to call them discovery bottles, UNLESS you are using them as part of a sensory diet and calming technique.

Yes, discovery bottles involve using the senses (mostly the sense of sight, hearing, and touch) and can be a great way to introduce babies and toddlers to items that you don't want them getting in their mouths. If you have multiple children, they are a great thing for everyone of multiple ages to enjoy.

For the purpose of this list, I have broken it up into each month of the year and then 4 weeks for each month. There are also bonus ones listed at the bottom so you can reach the entire 52 weeks (in case one month has 5 weeks instead of 4).

Many of these discovery bottles are by fellow kid bloggers who have amazing sites, I will be listing the blogger who wrote the discovery bottle tutorial for each one next to the link. Be sure to check their sites out as well.
