Google Analytics – this service tracks Website usage and provides information such as referring websites and user actions on the Website. Google Analytics may capture your IP address, but no other personal information is captured by Google Analytics.
ConvertKit – this service is used for the delivery of email updates and newsletters. ConvertKit stores your name and email address for purposes of delivering such communications.
Paypal – this service is used for payment processing on ecommerce products. At no time is your banking information passed to the Website. We receive only information used for order fulfillment and reporting.
Stripe – this service is used for payment processing on ecommerce products. At no time is your banking information passed to the Website. We receive only information used for order fulfillment and reporting
AdThrive – This Site is affiliated with AdThrive, LLC (“AdThrive”) for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site. AdThrive uses standard and widely-available tools for the placement and serving of ads, including those provided by Google, Inc. and its affiliates. We publish interest-based advertisements on the Site; that is, ads that are tailored to reflect your interests. To help understand your interests, AdThrive, Google and our other advertising partners will track your behavior on our website and on other websites across the Internet using cookies.
A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. Influencer Networks – from time to time, as described herein, the Website may post sponsored content that contains tracking pixels for networks such as TapInfluence. These tracking pixels may capture information such as your IP address to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns. This information is not stored on the Website.
WooCommerce – the Website uses WooCommerce to host its ecommerce application. When orders are placed through WooCommerce, the Website will store information about the purchase, including your name, address, email address, IP address and location. This information is used for order fulfillment. You may automatically receive certain correspondence from us related to your order, but your purchase will not automatically add you to any marketing email lists.
Vervante – the Website uses Vervante to print-on-demand items, such as books and activity cards that you purchase through the shop. You will place your order through the Website using WooCommerce. Upon receipt of your order, the Website forwards your information to Vervante for fulfillment. The Website submits only the information needed to fulfill your order to Vervante.
At this time, your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications. This list may be amended from time to time in the Website’s sole discretion.
Except when required by law, Growing Hands-On Kids will not sell, distribute, or reveal your email addresses or other personal information without your consent; however, Growing Hands-On Kids may disclose or transfer personal information collected through the Website to third parties who acquire all or a portion of our business, which may be the result of a merger, consolidation, or purchase of all or a portion of our assets, or in connection with any bankruptcy or reorganization proceeding brought by or against us.
ANONYMOUS DATA
From time to time, Growing Hands-On Kids may use anonymous data, which does not identify you alone, or when combined with data from other parties. The Website uses Raptive to manage all third-party advertising on the Website. Raptive serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use cookies. Raptive may collect IP addresses and locations to serve personalized ads.
This Site is affiliated with CMI Marketing, Inc., d/b/a CafeMedia (“CafeMedia”) for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and CafeMedia will collect and use certain data for advertising purposes. Sponsored Content Tracking Pixels
This Website may engage in sponsored campaigns with various influencer networks, brands, and agencies. All sponsored content is duly disclosed in accordance with the FTC's requirements. This program utilizes cookies to track visits for the purposes of assigning commissions on these sales. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.
Newsletters – On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. Because of these tracking pixels, Growing Hands-On Kids may see if and when you open an email and which links within the email you click. Also, this allows Growing Hands-On Kids to adapt the content of future newsletters to the interests of the user. This behavior will not be passed on to third parties.

ARBITRATION
The Terms of Use will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of any such arbitration shall be in or near Butler County, Ohio. The parties also agree that the AAA Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection shall apply to the proceedings.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
If any provision(s) of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be severable and enforceable. If a provision is excessively broad, such a provision shall be limited or reduced in scope so as to be enforceable.
The Terms of Use may not be assigned by you without Growing Hands-On Kids' prior written consent, however, the Terms of Use may be assigned by Growing Hands-On Kids at its sole discretion.
The Terms of Use are the final, complete, and exclusive agreement of the parties with respect to the Website offered by Growing Hands-On Kids.
